Hi VickieIt sounds like everything is going pretty well with the tri training. 75 miles on a bike sure sounds like a long way to me and I can't imagine incorporating that sort of distance into a race where you would also be running and swimming.I love those warm water, wavy lake days. Especially after a run and you can just lay there and get massaged by the waves... very cool.
