It sounds like everything is going pret...Hi Vickie

It sounds like everything is going pretty well with the tri training. 75 miles on a bike sure sounds like a long way to me and I can't imagine incorporating that sort of distance into a race where you would also be running and swimming.

I love those warm water, wavy lake days. Especially after a run and you can just lay there and get massaged by the waves... very cool.Bill Carterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17303668807091595615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21068000.post-29297596636576031332009-08-12T19:44:56.754-04:002009-08-12T19:44:56.754-04:00HUH??HUH??ONEHOURIRONMANhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16618244547263041741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21068000.post-10331496200805854332009-08-12T11:52:51.841-04:002009-08-12T11:52:51.841-04:00Da hell is that?!Da hell is that?!Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04377440606704745517noreply@blogger.com
