Sorry to hear that you have had some challenges to your training in the last few months. That good run you just had is one of my absolute favorites. I love starting in the dark with a big bright moon and then finishing when the sun is up. I have tried to describe what it feels like to non runners and they just don't get it. We've just about got this winter beat!
