But I have a longer run after the bike and a longer long run the same weekend (he has me doing these the day before the long brick). My problem was mainly nutritional, however, not endurance. If you think yours was the latter, I'd stick with what you did last time with both the bike and run.

Good luck whatever you decide!ShirleyPerlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09237828591170908960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21068000.post-85559661356084068752009-08-12T14:05:19.441-04:002009-08-12T14:05:19.441-04:00Wow! I am thinking about the GR marathon...or the half!Pope Corky IXhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07583372447568109802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21068000.post-64475531515394648742009-08-11T19:17:56.916-04:002009-08-11T19:17:56.916-04:00Dang girl! My work schedule changed and I'm struggling myself.

I would continue on 75 miles before you start to build. Let it feel 'normal' and then add on, get some more speed and learn not to hate it. It's always a challenge when you just want off the effen bike.Missyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15398496906384738920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21068000.post-68516360938303740612009-08-11T18:48:03.319-04:002009-08-11T18:48:03.319-04:00I agree, getting everything in despite crazy work ...I agree, getting everything in despite crazy work schedule says something about your determination. :-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03231464198799653331noreply@blogger.com
